Week 384 Menu (a little late)


I actually did type up a menu post for this past week, but then life happened and I never pushed "publish".  We spent a week in Idaho and Utah visiting lots of our favorite people and eating yummy food and it was hard to get back into the swing of things on Monday.  Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving though!  

This was my menu plan for this past week.  It was a yummy week!

Monday: grilled Greek chicken, with tzatsiki sauce and grilled veggies & flatbread

Tuesday:  Italian sausage and potato soup

Wednesday: breakfast burritos

Thursday:  honey garlic chicken, noodles, broccoli

Friday:  tacos

Saturday: easy night

Sunday:  grilled teriyaki salmon (grilled on a cedar plank), quinoa/rice, green beans

Going to plan this week's menu now actually publish it this time.  Maybe I'll even write it on my menu board in the kitchen (then I'm committed since my family can see it!).
