Week 357 Menu

Happy Monday!  I kind of wish that our spring break started today instead of starting next week.  I'm in vacation mode.  We took a little trip to Seattle with my brother-in-law and sister-in-law and family last week.  It was really fun and a great break!
We did all of our Easter traditions after church yesterday.  We dyed eggs, had an indoor egg hunt (it was windy and cold outside) and I made up a little scavenger hunt for the kids (super small and inexpensive) Easter gifts.  Luckily, my kids know that I am the one that hides eggs and brings candy and patiently waited to do it all after church since I didn't have anything ready in the morning.  My 3 year old was really into dying eggs and finding them.  It was fun!

Now I'm feeling unmotivated to tackle the laundry and daily tasks.  Plus I went to a weights class at the gym this morning and my arms are feeling like noodles.  :)  A good feeling though...can't wait to toughen those muscles up.

This week is full on busy with tons of after school activities, piano lesson teaching and sports.  I'll have to prep dinner before the kids get home or we'll end up eating cereal.

Here we go.  Menu time.

Monday:  Asian BBQ chicken, ham fried rice

Tuesday:  orange glazed meatballs, quinoa, stirfry veggies

Thurdsay:  pepperoni bread, spinach salad

Friday:  white chili

Saturday:  easy night

Sunday:  grilled steak, roasted veggies, fruit salad

What are you making this week?  Feel free to share.  I love it when you do.
