I just found a post from last year with this picture of these cute bunny rolls that I made for Easter dinner last year. I think we'll be making them again next year. Here's the link to the original recipe.
Monday: grilled spicy honey chicken w/salad with baked tortilla strips and homemade ranch dressing
Tuesday: crockpot ranch pork chops w/mashed potatoes
Wednesday: something Mexican-ish, tacos or something in a tortilla
Thursday: spaghetti
Friday: chicken caesar pizza
Saturday: Our traditional day before Easter picnic -- marinated chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, jello salad, and maybe creme filled chocolate cupcakes
Sunday: ham, funeral potatoes, bunny rolls, squash, etc.
All right, that's what I'm making. How about you? Thanks for sharing and have a great Easter!
I love Easter! It is one of the holidays where we have traditions that we do every year. This is my hubby and my tenth Easter together and we've had an "Easter picnic" every year with the same food, sometimes with extended family and sometimes by ourselves. Looks like this year we'll be without visitors (unless someone wants to come and visit). :)
