Pumpkin Dip

Looking for something to dip your apples, pears, or gingersnaps in?  This pumpkin dip is the answer.  So yummy! 

Don't look too closely at my picture.  I used fat-free cream cheese and didn't let it soften enough, so the cream cheese isn't as creamy as I could have liked.  It still tastes delicious though.



Pumpkin Dip

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
2 tsp. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream cream cheese and brown sugar together.  Add pumpkin, maple syrup and cinnamon.  Mix well.  Chill.  Serve with sliced apples, pears or gingersnaps.
