Week 286 Menu

Hi friends!  I actually had my menu planned on Monday, but didn't get around to actually posting it.  Then somehow everything that I had typed in my post didn't save, so I get to try to remember what I'd planned.

We only have another week before school starts here.  Crazy!  I'm trying not to think about it. 

Monday:  leftover fried chicken strips and oven fries (who needs Chickfila when you can make your own?  Actually I love Chickfila but we live too far away from one)

Tuesday:  Asian BBQ chicken and whole wheat cous cous, corn on the cob, strawberries

Wednesday:  grilled pizza

Thursday: quick french dip pitas

Friday:  spaghetti

Saturday:  easy night

Sunday:  bistro chicken, garlic mashed potatoes



  1. So I haven't stuck to a menu in a few weeks! But since we are trying to get ready for school I decided I better start back into menu planning! Here's what we are having this week.
    Mon: Ham and swiss quiche, cantaloupe
    Tues: homemade chicken taquitos, black beans
    Wed: grilled Hawaiian burgers
    Thurs: BBQ sausage, bacon bleu potatoes
    Fri: Chicken and rice, salad
    Sat: Leftovers
    Sun: Pasta Fagioli, salad, french bread
