Oh my goodness. These chocolate crinkles are my new favorite cookies.
They are like little brownie cookies. And they're fun and easy to make. My nine year old daughter made the dough. Then all of my kids helped roll the dough balls in powdered sugar.
They're irrestible, even to a cute little almost one year old!
I let him enjoy his cookie. Aren't I a nice mom? Ha!

Chocolate Crinkles

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. cocoa powder
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. flour
- powdered sugar, for rolling
- Cream together oil, cocoa powder and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Gradually mix in baking powder, salt and flour. Don't add more flour. The dough will be spoonable after it's chilled.
- Refrigerate dough until chilled through. Take small spoonfuls of dough and form into balls. Roll in powdered sugar.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes.
