Hi friends! Wow, I just looked at my calendar and December is already filling up fast! I'm looking forward to this week, so we can relax and enjoy being at home.
My husband took my 7 year old son to Notre Dame to watch them beat our BYU Cougars on Saturday. They were gone for four days and got home late last night. I can't wait until they get home from work and school today to hear more about their weekend.
I didn't cook much over the weekend. It was a nice break! Back to menu planning this week...
taco soup (in crockpot)
my favorite turkey
mashed potatoes and gravy
roasted acorn squash
jello salad (maybe this mandarin orange jello salad)
my favorite crescent rolls
dessert is still TBD: probably lemon cream pie, banana cream pie, carrot pudding, peach pie
turkey noodle soup (after we go cut down a Christmas tree... if the weather cooperates)
we're feeding the missionaries
crockpot chicken tacos with all the fixings
