Hi friends! My hubby and kids had the day off yesterday for Veteran's Day. It sure was nice to have a little bit of a longer weekend. And, like always, yesterday was a great day to thank and think of veterans.
Monday: we had creamy chicken and wild rice soup (from my freezer stash), my 9 year old daughter made us yummy French bread
Tuesday: crockpot chicken stroganoff with whole wheat egg noodles
Wednesday: chicken alfredo pizza
Thursday: beef and barley soup
Friday: easy night
Saturday: chicken gyros
Sunday: Swedish meatballs, steamed potatoes, one hour rolls
That's my plan...we'll see if I stick to it. What are you making this week?
