Week 248 Menu

Happy Columbus Day everyone!  My kids were off of school last Thursday and Friday, so we're enjoying the last of our five day weekend.  Nice!

Last week was the first time that I've used my weekly menu board that my friend, Julia, gave me.  My kids have been really enjoying it.  They love reading to see what we're having for dinner and give me a hard time if I make something that's not on the menu.

Menu time...

Monday: parmesan chicken, baked potatoes, salad w/homemade ranch dressing

Tuesday:  creamy chicken and wild rice soup (from freezer), homemade bread

Wednesday: breakfast casserole, fresh fruit

Thursday: marinated steak, mashed potatoes, etc. and maybe some birthday cheesecake

Friday:  chicken manicotti

Saturday: white chicken chili (taking to trunk or treat)

Sunday:  perfect pot roast

What are YOU making this week?

Just for fun, check out my menus from one year ago, two years ago, three years ago, four years ago, five years ago.

Can't wait to eat a caramel brownie that we made for Sunday dessert tonight for our family home evening treat.  Delicious!  Well, I'm off to can applesauce.  Have a great day!
