Week 225 Menu

Happy Monday everyone!  It's a beautiful day today, with bright blue sky and it's supposed to be 70 degrees.  Can't wait to be outside!  I went running outside this morning instead of going to the gym.  And then I went to the grocery store before my kids even got off to school.  Hopefully the rest of my day will be as productive. 

Menu planning time...

Monday:  chicken pot pie with filo crust

Tuesday:  slow cooked pork roast, roasted potatoes, salad

Wednesday: tacos

Thursday: spaghetti
Friday: creamy chicken and wild rice soup

Saturday: BLTs

Sunday:  Swedish meatballs, steamed red potatoes, IKEA gravy

  1. Wednesday already? :) Here's my menu!

    Mon: We ate out with my in-laws
    Tues: Quinoa and Steak stuffed bell peppers
    Wed: Taco soup (and your turkey meatballs inspired me to make it with ground turkey!)
    Thurs: Honey Mustard Chicken, mashed cauliflower
    Friday: Cobb Salad
    Saturday: Easy night (Alex is out of town so maybe we'll just have cold cereal!)
    Sunday: Baked Potato Bar with Chili

    Mon: chicken burritos
    Tues: meatball subs
    Wed: sweet and sour pork (new recipe - super yummy)
    Thurs: chicken pot pie
    Fri: pizza
    Sat: easy
    Sun: breakfast?
