Week 223 Menu

Hi!  I hope all of you had a nice Easter weekend.  Ours was very nice.  The only downside is that I seem to be addicted to these Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Yum!  For some reason I've never bought them before this year.  Now I crave them.

Anyway.  It's menu time.  I'm trying to limit my time on the computer, tablet and tv, so my three year old isn't on them either.  So I better hurry...

Monday:  we had ham, funeral potatoes, asparagus

Tuesday:  crockpot ranch pork chops, mashed potatoes asparagus

Wednesday: spicy honey chicken salad, roasted butternut squash

Thursday: tacos

Friday: honey lime tilapia, rice pilaf

Saturday:  easy night

Sunday:  easy night

    T: green chile chicken stew and rolls

    W: spinach tortellini bake in creamy lemon sauce

    Th: broccoli/chicken/rice casserole

    F: mini puffed pancakes / waffles

    Sa: easy night (though we'll have my sausage/egg/Bisquick bake that I always make for conference weekend for breakfast ... and anything else I can manage to whip up! And my husband is making chili for the pre-Priesthood dinner).

    Su: another easy night
