Week 215 Menu

Hi everyone!  I'm loving the leftovers from Superbowl food yesterday.  I made pulled pork on pretzel rolls.  I hadn't made pretzel rolls before, so it ws an interesting experiment.  I think I'll make them again now that I know what I'm doing.  I loved the sweet pork on the salty roll.  Yum!  I also made some of Sandy's famous salsa (aka cowboy cavier) that was super yummy.  And I can't stop thinking about the fruit pizza that is in my fridge.  Yum!

Menu time again...

Monday:  broccoli beef

Tuesday:  creamy chicken and wild rice soup

Wednesday:  steak stroganoff

Thursday:  chicken enchilada casserole

Friday:  homemade pizza

Saturday: spaghetti

Sunday:  chicken noodle soup w/homemade noodles
