Maybe everyone already knows this tip, but it's too easy night to share just in case you don't know.
It's the easiest way ever to keep your brown sugar as soft as it is when you open the bag for the first time.
Just pop a piece of bread into your brown sugar container. This is a great way to use those bread loaf heels that no one wants to eat. The bread absorbs the moisture from the sugar. The bread doesn't go moldy or crumbly, it just goes stale and dry and keeps your brown sugar super soft and easy to scoop.
Now your sugar is ready to be made into some cookies, like my favorite easy chocolate chip cookies.
Have a happy Friday!
