Week 214 Menu

Wow, this week needs to slow down.  It's already Wednesday and I'm just getting to my menu.  I had a great week w/my sister and her son visiting.  I was sad to see her go.  She was great company and a great helper! She even made dinner and did lots of dishes!

Monday:  we had smoky bean and bacon soup

Tuesday:  we had perfect pot roast

Wednesday: french dip w/green chilies, quick salsa, homemade tortilla chips

Thursday: chicken pot pie w/phyllo dough crust

Friday: steak stroganoff

Saturday: grilled chicken avocado sandwiches (on this french bread)

Sunday: slow cooker chicken chili verde, guac & homemade tortilla chips

Monday:  broccoli beef

Tuesday: chicken noodle soup w/homemade noodles

I thought I'd plan out a whole week to make grocery shopping easier.  What are you making this week?

  3. I think this is like the 3rd time Beth and I have had the same food planned for the same night! :) Spooky! Also, both of your menus sound really yummy! Here's mine:
    M: Pizza
    T: Hamburgers, fries
    W: 7-layer taco bowls
    Th: Hawaiian Haystacks (just like Beth!)
    F: Chicken Caesar Salad, homemade rolls
    S: Leftovers
    S: Fancy pork and beans, cornbread, roasted onion potatoes
