Week 171 Menu

Hi!  Well, menu planning should be easy this weeks since I didn't stick to my plan for last week.  Things got crazy, so we changed things up a bit...We had tinfoil dinners, our favorite oatmeal pancakes, etc.

Here's the plan for this week:

Monday: beef with broccoli, jasmine rice

Tuesday: BBQ meatballs, crashed potatoes

Wednesday: chicken parmesan, angel hair pasta, french bread, salad

Thursday: pizza

Friday: breakfast burritos

Saturday: potstickers

Sunday:  cube steak w/rice

All right, that's what I'm making.  How about you?  What are you eating this week?

    Tuesday: Chicken Scallopini
    Wednesday: RS birthday dinner. Boys are on their own.
    Thursday: Breakfast Burritos
    Friday: Quinoa Burgers
    Saturday: Chicken and Gnocchi Soup
    Sunday: Leftovers
