Week 169 Menu

I know you've all been waiting anxiously for me to post my menu.  Now that it is Tuesday evening, I guess I'll post it.  It's been a busy few days and I've been trying to manage my time better and spend less time online.

Now onto my menu...

Monday:  we had honey lime enchiladas, Sandy's famous salsa w/homemade tortilla chips, green salad with homemade ranch dressing

Tuesday:  we had chicken noodle soup with homemade noodles that I had stashed in the freezer, and 1 hour rolls

Wednesday:  beef with broccoli, jasmine rice

Thursday: Amazing Chili's Fajitas

Friday: BBQ meatballs, crashed potatoes

Saturday: easy night

Sunday:  chicken tikka masala

All right, cross that off my to-do list. :)  What are you having this week?  Or if you haven't planned that far ahead, you could always tell me what you ate tonight and last night.  :)  Have a great week!

    Monday was chicken enchiladas (so glad I had them in my freezer), Tuesday was skillet baked ziti and the 2nd loaf of french bread I made on Sunday, today will be beef stew. As for the rest of the week, I'm not sure. Maybe I'll leave another comment when I figure it out. Oh, but Friday will be pizza.

  2. Thanks; I need a jump start. My menus have been lacking lately.

    Monday: homemade pizza (I used Our Best Bites' pizza dough recipe for the first time; I think I like it better than our regular but it needs more flavor still)

    Tuesday: spinach tortellini bake (Our Best Bites again)

    Wednesday: chicken enchilada pasta (this recipe is weird, since it's pasta + Mexican, but it's also totally good ... I am already excited for dinner!)

    Thursday: baked potato soup and rolls

    Friday: creamy chicken taquitos (I am on an OBB kick apparently) and black beans

    Saturday: shepherd's pie

    Sunday: Hawaiian Haystacks

    and for good measure (since I never menu-plan by Monday):

    Monday: chicken/broccoli/stuffing casserole

    Tuesday: white bean chicken chili
