My 7 year old daughter has high expectation for Valentine's Day. Before my kids were school age I took them to a really fun pool (that is an hour drive away) and also surprised them with stuffed animal puppies. Every year since then my little girl has reminded me of that fun day. I'll have to figure out some fun surprise for them. Last year I decorated the candelier about our table with hearts and bought Valentine plates with a little treat.
I think I'll make some heart shaped cinnamon rolls for breakfast like I saw on pinterest.
All right, now it's menu time...
Monday: Waikiki meatballs, rice, broccoli
Tuesday: spicy honey chicken salad, homemade ranch dressing, homemade tortilla chips and salsa
Wednesday: Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup (in crockpot), Macaroni Grill bread
Thursday: hamburgers, maybe teriyaki burgers and pesto burgers, oven fries
Friday: breakfast burritos
Saturday: chicken enchilada casserole
Sunday: Perfect Pot Roast, potatoes, carrots, gravy, etc.
All right. That's what I'm making this week. How about you? Do you have any great Valentine Day dinner plans?
