I saw this tip about shredding chicken on Pinterest the other day and then my friend, Julia, posted about it on her blog. So I gave it a try. I just stuck my cooked, boneless chicken breasts in my kitchenaid and turned it on for a little bit and it shredded my chicken. Lovely!
I also did this with my boneless pork loin when I was making Cafe Rio Pork the other day. I shredded it a little too much, or maybe it was too hot, but it made tiny pieces, so it was kind of pork mush (good tasting pork mush though). What a neat trick! I love the things that I'm learning from pinterest.
