Week 153 Menu
Two years ago I posted about how I borrowed a food dehyrator and dried some applies. I love dried apples and I love that my kids love dried apples. My friend is moving and downsizing, so she gave me her huge dehyrator. I love it because it has twelve trays!
We bought a bunch of apples from a local fruit stand over the weekend and I sliced and dried two batches of apples.
Now onto my menu for the week:
Monday: Grilled BBQ Chicken, rice, veggies (Happy Columbus Day!)
Tuesday: Tinfoil dinners
Wednesday: Chicken rolls
Thursday: Honey Lime Enchiladas
Friday: Chicken Tetrazinni or Chicken Manicotti
Saturday: Sweet and Sour Meatballs
