The other day I was trying to think of a new side dish that I could make to go along with our Broiled Parmesan Tilapia for dinner. Orzo pilaf sounded like it might be a possibility since I have some orzo in my pantry.
I searched my blog and the blogs that I have linked to it and found this recipe from Mel's Kitchen Cafe. I had all the ingredients that the recipe called for, so I made some for dinner. It took 10 minutes to make, turned out yummy and my family ate it. :)
