Well, I guess I'm off the hook from menu planning this week since we were EVACTUATED from our town this weekend because of a giant FIRE! It's been a humbling, crazy, surreal weekend. I'm happy that my family is together and we have a place to stay and friends to be with too. I'm thankful for the fire fighters that are there trying to protect our homes. Things will work out. :)
