Week 129 Menu

I know I'm posting this Monday night at 9:00, but better late than never, right?  Here's my menu for the week:

Monday:  we had leftover cafe rio pork tacos

Tuesday:  breakfast for dinner (waffles, eggs, etc.)

Wednesday:  grilled cheese on fresh bread, tomato soup

Thursday:  chicken tetrazzini

Friday: chicken salad on 5 minute artisan pita bread

Saturday:  easy (a.k.a. I have no idea to what to make)

Sunday: chicken tortellini soup

What do you have planned for your meals this week?  I need some inspiration...  Have a great week!

  1. This week marks another rare occassion when I know what I will be cooking most days this week.
    Monday: porcupine meatballs
    Tuesday: beef vegetable barley soup
    Wednesday: dominican style stewed chicken with beans and rice
    Thursday:
    Friday: pizza
    Saturday: grilled something

  2. Jenny! I actually planned a menu this week. I think I make it harder than it is...anyway.

    Tuesday: Nachos
    Wednesday: Chicken Fingers (does anyone have a super awesome trick to get the breading to stay on like in a restaurant?)
    Thursday:Parmesean Tilapia
    Friday: Veggie Pizza w/bacon
    Saturday:Crockpot Chicken
    Sunday:Roast, potatoes, etc.
    Monday: Fajitas

  3. I'm planning ahead to see how it goes...

    mon: Chicken cordon bleu casserole
    tue: Breakfast burritos
    wed: spinach stuffed shells
    thur: baked creamy taquitos
    fri: ranch burgers
    sat: go to in-laws' Easter egg hunt
    sun: roast, potatoes, carrots

    I don't know how you do it every week. Does it get easier?
