Week 125 Menu

Happy Pi Day today!

I live in a town where there are a lot of scientists and people that care about the number Pi.  So, to celebrate this wonderful number (3.14)  I'm going to make my family a lemon cream pie for our family home evening treat tonight.

That being said, now onto my menu for the week.  Last week I had a break from cooking, since I caught some crazy virus on top of having strep, so I didn't cook much.  I had some sweet friends bring me dinner and then I won a $10 Papa Murphy's gift card from their sweepstakes, so we had free pizza another night.  Dinner was taken care of until I got feeling better enough to cook.

Hopefully this week will be a little less "germy", but I think I posted that last week.  Anyway...

Monday:  chupe de pollo con chipotle (I'm excited to try this soup my friend, Megan, gave me the recipe for -- it's been on my menu like four times already. Hopefully I can make it this week.)

Tuesday:  beef stroganoff w/whole wheat egg noodles

Wednesday:  sloppy joes

Thursday: chicken capri pasta

Friday: San Francisco pork chops w/rice

Saturday: easy chicken enchiladas

Sunday: chicken piccata

All right.  That's what I'm making.  What's on your menu this week?
