Week 120 Menu

Yesterday I bought myself a new whisk.  I got one like this with a big, thick handle.  My old whisk had been smashed and stuck in the drawer too many times, so it wasn't whisking so well anymore.  To celebrate the purchase of a new whisk, my little boy and I mixed up some peanut butter cup brownies.  (Look for a post about that soon.)   It whisked great!  
All right, enough about whisking.  I've typed that word so much that it doesn't look like it's spelled right now.  Here's my menu for the week:

Monday:  subs -- turkey, provolone, guacamole, etc. on fresh fresh bread, chips and salsa

Tuesday:  breakfast for dinner

Wednesday:  chicken caesar pizza w/artisan in 5 pizza dough

Thursday:  chicken tortellini soup w/artisan in 5 bread

Friday:  orange chicken w/rice

Saturday: easy night

Sunday:  roast and potatoes, etc.

All right, there's my menu.  It's a little chicken heavy in the middle, but I usually switch up what I make on which day anyway.  And I guess we really like chicken at my house...
