Week 116 Menu

I'm just getting around to planning the rest of my menus for the week.  Since we were out of town half of last week, I planned from Thursday to today.

Here's what I'm making and have made this week:

Monday: Spicy Honey Chicken w/salad, homemade ranch dressing, baked tortilla strips

Tuesday: Minestrone Soup, 5 minute artisan bread

Wednesday: Chicken and Vegetable Penne

Thursday:  BLTs, carrots w/ranch dressing, apple slices

Friday:  Honey Lime Enchiladas, salad

Saturday: Buttermilk Chicken, mashed potatoes w/IKEA gravy, green salad, biscuits

Sunday:  Potato and Leek Soup, 5 minute artisan bread or taco soup instead

  1. Did your 5 minute artisan bread work? I made some tonight with cauliflower soup... which my kids hated the sound of and gobbled right up. I love immersion blenders and they power they have over small children eating veggies!!!
