Menu Week 111

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.  We had a fun week with family visiting.  We ate lots of yummy food.  I was a little disappointed yesterday when after church I realized that pretty much all the leftovers were gone, so we had to scrounge up some lunch.  Kind of embarrasing, but we didn't starve, so I guess it's all okay.  To make up for it I made a ham for dinner w/homemade bread.  Now we have a ton of ham and no company.  Anyone have any great ham recipes?

I have some pictures that I wanted to post of some cute turkeys that the kids made, by my house is half way clean and my carpets are wet from just shampooing them.  So, it'll have to wait.

Here's my menu:

Monday:  ham fried rice, green salad

Tuesday:  broccoli cheese soup

Wednesday: Chili's Amazing Fajitas

Thursday:  Porcupine Meatballs w/rice

Friday:  Bistro chicken w/garlic mashed potatoes

Saturday: chicken tetrazinni

Sunday:  beef stew

That's what I'm making.  What are you making this week?  Have a good week!

  1. We've been out of town for an extended Thanksgiving vacation, but now that we're home I'm ready to get cooking again. My menu through the rest of the week is

    Wednesday: BLTs & salad

    Thursday: Taco Soup

    Friday: ward Christmas party

    Saturday: Asian Stir Fry

    Sunday: Baked Ziti & rolls

And I have a great leftover ham recipe to share. Do you have an email address I can send it to? or should I just post it in the comment section?
