This is the famous recipe for Neiman Marcus' Chocolate Chip Cookies that someone supposedly paid $250 for. It turns out that the story is not true, but the cookie recipe is one of my favorites. I make it when I feel like an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie.
This recipe makes over 100 cookies, so I usually half it or quarter it.
