Week 95 Menu

Here's my menu for this week:

Monday:  grilled asian-flavor-marinated salmon, rice, veggies

Tuesday:  baked chicken taquitos

Wednesday: french dip sandwiches or french dip rolls

Thursday: grilled chicken w/this new marinde

Taking the rest of the week off from meal planning.  What's on your menu this week?  Have a good one!

  1. I took a month off from cooking. (Three weeks of vacation and 1 week of being sick) It was just the break I needed to get motivated to plan menus again. Since it's still pretty hot around here, I'm keeping with simple things that don't require too much use of the oven.

    Monday: leftovers
    Tuesday: taco salad
    Wednesday: biscuits and gravy (thinking about trying the new recipe you posted)
    Thursday: chili mac
    Friday: eating out--probably Chinese
    Saturday: sandwiches
    Sunday: to be determined
