Menu Week 83 and Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day everyone! I know it's almost over, but I hope all the moms out there had an extra special day. I know I did. Look at what my cute mom sent me for Mother's Day, modeled by my sweet little gal.

Here's my menu for this week:

Monday:  Swedish meatballs w/IKEA gravy, steamed red potatoes and broccoli

Tuesday:  spaghetti

Wednesday: sesame chicken w/rice

Thursday: crockpot sloppy joes

Friday: pizza

Saturday: grilled chicken or hamburgers

Sunday: chicken rolls

  1. First of all, I have to tell you that your cloud crescent rolls are my absolute new favorite bread recipe. I make them at least twice a week now.

    Also, your idea to turn french dip sandwiches into pockets? Genius! Pure Genius!! My husband who absolutely hates roast immediately asked me when I was making those again. Thank you!

    Now for my menu:
    Sunday: Cheesy Potato & Ham Fritata
    Monday: Fiesta Beef Bowls (from Simple and Delicious Magazine)
    Tuesday: Baked Ziti
    Wednesday: Shepherd's Pie
    Thursday: leftovers
    Friday: take out or a rotisserie chicken from Costco
    Saturday: Oriental Chicken
