I don't really love mixing meat with my hands. It seems like I have to a lot, since I make a lot of meatballs and hamburger patties. My mom gave me a great tip a while ago -- mix up your meat in your Kitchenaid.

Just add your meat and other ingredients into this. . .

and mix for a few seconds (don't mix too long) and voila, perfectly mixed meat.
