I love making quick Christmas treats in the microwave. Here's another easy recipe that only takes a few minutes. I got the recipe from here, on the Sisters' Cafe blog.
Chocolate Covered Nuts
recipe from Sisters' Cafe
Melt in microwave:
1 c. white chocolate chips
1 c. milk chocolate chips
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Stir until smooth. Add at least 3 c. peanuts or other nuts of your choosing (use enough nuts until your nut/chocolate ratio looks good to you).
Drop with a spoon onto a baking sheet covered with wax paper ( I used aluminum foil) to form clusters. Let harden in the fridge.
