Week 60 Menu

Thanks everyone for your parmesan recipe ideas. I did use a little fresh parm twice this week. Yum!

Here's my menu for this week:

Monday: Tacos

Tuesday: South of the Border Chowder

Wednesday: Crockpot Chicken Stroganoff (didn't make last week)

Thursday: Tinfoil Dinners (maybe this week will be the week that I get a full propane tank -- I grill all year round, even in the snow)

Friday: Grilled Chicken w/Parmesan Potatoes

Saturday: Easy Night (maybe breakfast for dinner)

Sunday: Korean Fire Meat w/rice

  2. My hubby will be working out of town this week. When that happens, I am super relaxed with my menu. As in, I buy groceries to make stuff, but I don't assign any meals to any specific day. On my menu so far is baked peach french toast, pita bread pizzas, hearty chicken casserole, spaghetti (?), creamed chicken over toast, maybe something from my new Pioneer Woman cookbook.

    To Mags: chicken cordon bleu casserole? That sounds delish! Want to share the recipe?
