Week 46 Menu

I'm curious how many people actually check my blog, so go ahead and add yourself as a follower (on the right-hand side). I'm thinking about doing a giveaway sometime soon if there are enough people that check my blog. Thanks to all of you who visit!

I was thinking about what to make this week and I realized I get two nights off this week. It's both my anniversary and my birthday this week. Not having to plan menus for those nights is a nice break!

I actually made all the menus that I'd planned last week. I don't think I've ever done that before. Hopefully I'll stick to it this week. I think we had chicken a little too much last week because my 5 year old complained a lot (she says she doesn't like chicken, but really she does). So, this week's menu includes a lot of ground turkey instead.

Monday: Mini turkey meatloaves, potatoes of some kind

Tuesday: Anniversary -- date night!

Wednesday: Meatball sandwiches, corn on the cob

Thursday: Pizza

Friday: Sloppy Joes

Saturday: Birthday, not planning on cooking :)

Sunday: try Creamy Rosemary Penne w/Chicken

Well, that's my menu. What's on your menu this week? Feel free to post your menu for the week in the comment section. Have a good week!

  1. My friend Joy (who you met at my house once) has a blog and she HIGHLY suggests that everyone do this:

I would recommend to EVERYONE that you put statcounter on your blog. Go to http://www.statcounter.com/ and add it. It is free and easy and gives you tons of info about who is visiting your page.

I have done it with our blog and it is really interesing.... just a thought

  2. Happy Anniversary and Birthday! We love you! Sorry I haven't contributed, but dinners have been difficult to figure out since Norm is gone and my boys don't eat anything.

  3. I can share a new recipe I tried for me though...I really like Giada's ricotta parfaits:

I used vanilla yogurt instead of plain because that's what I had on hand. Anyway, it makes a good breakfast, and I love the toasted almonds!
