My kids loved these (even though I forgot to put the salt in the dough). Kate had fun making them. Great kid-friendly meal!
Hamburger Pockets

Dough:
1 T. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
Mix together and let sit for 5 minutes.
Add:
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 c. hot milk (microwave on high for 1 minute)
Add 1 c. flour. Mix until smooth, then add enough flour to make a soft non-sticky dough.
Brown grund beef with onions or onion powder if you like. Grate cheese. Pinch off dough and make about 4 - 5 inch circle. Top dough with cheese and ground beef. Fold up sides of dough and pinch together making a little pocket. Flip over so seam is on the bottom and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes (until golden) at 400 degrees.
Dip in ketchup and mustard.
