Hi there! Did you have a good weekend? Ours was great. My six year had his first flag football practice/game. And my 9 year old had two soccer games which luckily were in town, so we didn't have to travel. Yay! My favorite part of the weekend was my date with my cute daughter to the General Women's broadcast on Saturday night. Our semi-annual mother/daughter selfie in front of one of my favorite places, the temple. The semi-annual broadcast is one of my favorite church meetings each year. I always come away feeling uplifted, inspired, and motivated to be able to do better, be kinder, love more, etc. I especially loved Pres. Dieter F. Uchtdorf's talk with his story about Ava, Aunt Rose, and the stalker cat. I've been thinking all weekend and how it teaches us to find joy in life no matter your circumstances.
