I was so happy this week when I saw canned pumpkin in my grocery store for the first time all year. I'm sure most of you know about the pumpkin shortage that we had. I'm glad it's over. Let the pumpkin baking begin!
This week I made some pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.
And I'm excited to make some pumpkin muffins and pumpkin cheesecake bars.

That being said, here's my menu for the week:
Monday: green chili chicken pot pie with flaky buttermilk biscuits
Tuesday: broccoli cheese soup
Wednesday: rich and creamy pasta bake, 1 hour breadsticks, green salad, w/cheesecake bars
Thursday: Swedish meatballs w/potatoes and IKEA gravy
Friday: sesame chicken salad w/rolls
Saturday: cube steak w/rice or Busy Day Beef Tips w/rice
Sunday: Crispy Balsamic Baked Chicken Breasts, potatoes
